Dr. Michael Krochak, DMD

Dr. Krochak began his general and cosmetic dental practice, and The Dental Phobia Treatment Center of New York, in 1984. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a former Assistant Clinical Professor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he directed the Mount Sinai Dental Phobia Clinic.
